Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment, ideally within the software or gaming industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum, Kanban
• Flexibility in applying Agile methodologies not by the book, but in a way that benefits our specific product and business context
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams towards continuous improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of Agile practices and principles
• Familiarity with Agile tools and metrics for measuring team performance
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a focus on problem-solving and driving results for the business

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for two Agile Platform Development Squads, assisting them in delivering value and fostering self-organization within the team
• Identify areas of improvement within the Agile development process and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement changes that enhance productivity, predictability, and product quality
• Coach the teams in the Scrum framework, ensuring that ceremonies (such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) are well-executed and valuable
• Grow team maturity by encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, which fosters a sense of accountability and responsibility for the project's success
• Collaborate with the Tribe Leader, Architects, Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of priorities and that the team delivers maximum business value
• Act as a mediator and apply conflict resolution skills within and between teams and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile methodologies, tools, and practices, and apply them appropriately within the organization
• Be ready to break the rules and old habits to streamline the process and be able to grow teams into self-managed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of software development & SRE practices, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD, AWS pipelines is beneficial
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
• Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM are desirable
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language is a plus
