Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and strategic insights
  • Engage in high-level communication with clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and effective representation of the company's values
  • Must be capable of clear verbal communication in English, ensuring that clients can easily understand and engage with the content of discussions without barriers
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Organic SEO and Paid Search strategies that align with client goals and market trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the SEO landscape
  • Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance SEO performance
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports summarizing SEO efforts, achievements, and future strategies
  • Present findings and strategies effectively in meetings, both internally and with clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content creators designers, and developers
  • Collaborate with other departments like content, web development, and PPC to ensure holistic digital marketing strategies
  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep strategies cutting-edge
  • Suggest innovative SEO tactics and test new approaches to improve outcomes
