Requirements

• Have hands-on experience (2 years at least) with SEO either while working at an agency or on the client side
• Have experience working with expert tools (Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs and others)
• Have extensive knowledge of SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, website architecture) and ability to implement them
• Have overall understanding of marketing mix, user journey, content marketing
• Have ability to make decisions based on data
• Have excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages, writing and presentation skills
• Have proactive approach to solving issues which arise while working on projects
• Be well organized, trustworthy and capable of driving change
• Have ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Be a goal-oriented and proactive team player who is self-motivated and self-directed
• Have ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop on-site and off-site SEO strategies and action plans to increase traffic and revenue for our clients
• Implement SEO strategies & action plans (hands-on, cross-team, outsource)
• Audit client websites & conduct various SEO research
• Optimize SEO campaigns to maximize ROI
• Track, analyze, and report results to clients and internal teams
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and practices
