Summary

The job is for a Cybersecurity Project Manager at Trendyol, a dynamic e-commerce company expanding internationally. The role involves managing cybersecurity projects, creating roadmaps, translating business requirements into user stories, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and defining OKRs and metrics.

Requirements

• Having 3+ years of experience in a technology company, preferably working on cybersecurity projects as a product or project manager
• Proven experience in product and/or project management with cyber security technical knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (cyber security and IT-based) and stakeholders
• Being a good team player
• A growth mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Create project plans/milestones and manage cybersecurity projects/products by working with cross-functional and internal teams
• Be the owner of the projects with various sizes, requirements, risks, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Create roadmaps and backlogs based on user needs/requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories with accurate acceptance criteria
• Coordinate across many cross-functional internal teams and be visible at the highest levels of the company
• Define OKR and metrics to assess the accuracy and efficiency of ongoing cybersecurity products & projects and track them periodically
