Join LeadTech's dynamic team in Barcelona as a self-motivated SEM Team Leader. You will plan, implement, and analyze paid search campaigns across various brands and products, working closely with the SEM Manager and team. Responsibilities include managing a team of PPC specialists, optimizing campaigns, and delivering performance reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and at least 3 years of experience leading a marketing team. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing team of more than 2 paid search specialists
- Proven track record of executing successful PPC campaigns that drive to growth and ROI targets
- Experience in marketing automation
- Proficient in Google Ads and Bing Ads is mandatory
- Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other analysis tools
- Business awareness. Able to coordinate projects and understanding needs and responsibility across multiple departments and teams
- Data-driven mindset, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to synthesize large amount of data
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Flexibility, being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
- Very strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve SEM traffic and increase ROI
- Delivering performance reports and insights to the PPC Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly
- Manage and coach a team of highly motivated PPC specialists and get hands-on with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues
- Responsible for AB tests, Search Query analysis and keyword mining
- Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching
- Acting as a core team member on various web projects, providing content management and user experience best practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms is a plus
- Facebook, Instagram, and other social media ads experience is a plus
