Summary

Join our team as a User Acquisition Specialist for Mobile Apps and lead user acquisition and monetization strategies through key Ad Network partners, scaling our app portfolio globally. Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities increasing revenue and maximizing yield across acquisition channels. Collaborate with SEM and Paid Social teams to coordinate new launches and align the overall user acquisition strategy. This role requires experience with SKAdNetwork for iOS user acquisition campaigns and managing large budgets. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced environment. The position offers a flexible work arrangement and various perks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in user acquisition for mobile apps (Ad Networks, Paid Social, Google)
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of working with SKAdNetwork for iOS user acquisition campaigns
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets and performance metrics, with focus on LTV and the impact of user quality on overall performance
  • Comfortable working with large budgets
  • Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI etc)
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
  • Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly
  • Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand company's needs and build strong relationships with ad networks and relevant partners

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage a variety of digital display campaigns for iOS and Android apps across multiple programmatic channels—including ad networks, exchanges,and DSPs—ensuring reach, efficiency, and scale while meeting performance KPIs
  • Driving continuous campaign optimization to maximize ROAS
  • Identify online media buying opportunities by growing current relationships as well as locating new partners
  • Work closely with the Product and Data teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives
  • Prepare performance reports detailing delivery and performance of the campaigns
  • Generate new audiences using DMPs in order to better target customers
  • Stay up to date with the AdTech ecosystem and the app business to apply innovative solutions
