Join BeyondTrust as the Vice President of Demand Generation and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategy. You will drive quality pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue for our market-leading identity security solutions. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with proven success in demand generation and a deep understanding of B2B marketing. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with go-to-market product and executive leadership teams. The position requires managing and analyzing data for various digital channels, developing demand strategies across sales teams, and ensuring consistent messaging and branding. You will define and track KPIs to measure marketing efficiency and provide detailed reports to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the identity management or PAM industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, webinars, and integrated campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation, CRM, and business intelligence tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue for identity management solutions
- Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team to increase pipeline growth, acquire new customers, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Own the pipeline targets, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to define growth plans, channel strategies, and analytics to drive new leads and expansion opportunities
- Partner with the SVP of Revenue Ops to execute a predictable review cadence on pipeline health and actions to be taken
- Manage and analyze data for all digital demand generation channels such as SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns
- Develop demand strategies to support growth across direct and indirect sales teams, collaborating closely with regional sales and partner leadership to ensure targeted and impactful campaigns
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, branding, and campaigns across all regions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve marketing efficiency metrics, including CPC, cost per MQL, and cost per opportunity to measure the effectiveness of demand generation activities
- Champion the needs of the market in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Provide detailed reports and insights on pipeline and marketing ROI to leadership
