Join Dstillery, a leading AI ad targeting company, as a Sr. Account Director to drive revenue growth within our HoldCo Sales team. You will build and maintain strong relationships with major holding companies and their agency and brand clients. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, identifying client needs, and recommending tailored programmatic solutions. Success in this role requires significant experience in digital ad sales, specifically within HoldCo agencies, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, while also collaborating with internal teams to strategize growth opportunities. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our New York office.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of digital ad sales experience. Data or Ad Tech experience required
- Multiple years demonstrating success in working with HoldCo agencies
- Demonstrable success in programmatic media sales or data sales
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously without daily supervision
- Exception prospecting, objection handling, and negotiating skills
- Commitment to thorough preparation and disciplined organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & presentation skills
- Flexible to work remotely or from our New York office, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
- Adaptable to change and consistently able to deliver exceptional results with limited guidance
- Good time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills and abilities
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the designated Holding Company, ensuring strong relationships and consistent revenue growth
- Perform a high volume of qualified prospecting through email & phone outreach
- Effectively communicate Dstillery’s value proposition to HoldCo agencies and direct marketers
- Identify client needs during discovery phases and recommend tailored solutions from Dstillery’s product suite
- Drive the acquisition of new business and increase revenue from existing accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification to deal closure
- Keep a precise and updated Salesforce pipeline for accurate weekly forecasting
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands
- Partner with the Agency Development team and VP of Sales to strategize on growth opportunities, client engagement, and sales initiatives
- Promote Dstillery’s programmatic advertising solutions, focusing on revenue growth
