Summary

Join LILT as a Senior Account Executive and expand our Federal presence by selling our platform and services to new customers and supporting existing enterprise accounts. You will build relationships, develop business cases, and foster partnerships to drive revenue growth. This role is initially fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid model in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Success in this role requires significant experience in the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian sectors, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Requirements

  • Significant expertise in the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian communities, with 3-5 years of selling in either or both of those spaces
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Track record of over-achieving $1M annual quota through new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Polished meeting manager (in-person and web-based)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with services, product, solutions, and senior leadership
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and contract teams, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Experience in sourcing and responding to DoD or FedCiv technology RFPs
  • Proven ability to influence & drive cross departmental strategy and collaboration during deal cycles in creatively solving our clients business problems

  • Grow LILTโ€™s Federal footprint by selling our platform and services to new customers
  • Support Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives by expanding our partnerships with our larger customers
  • Build relationships with our champions
  • Build business cases with their constituents
  • Build โ€œpartnershipsโ€ with their businesses
