Requirements

  • Have an EGA Network
  • Nurture current network that provides large loss projects
  • Attend appointments virtually, by phone and in-person with prospects with clients on East Coast, West Coast and Midwest
  • Have a background in remediation, restoration, reconstruction, Large Loss, CAT
  • Must clear background check

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with large loss adjusters, such as Executive General Adjusters or Senior Executive General Adjusters
  • Engage with high-profile clients to secure large loss projects
  • Travel to attend tradeshows, conferences, and events
  • Host lunch and learns and present the company to commercial client groups
  • Set appointments and meet with prospects in person
  • Provide a clear understanding of Critical Control's value proposition
  • Represent and sell the Critical Control brand
  • Achieve annual sales exceeding $10 million
  • Maintain a professional presence and uphold brand standards
  • Engage actively in the local community and relevant associations
  • Possess a results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in any of the following verticals is preferred: Multi-family, property management, hospitality, care facilities
