Summary

Join Experian Consumer Services as a Senior Account Manager for the Experian Personal Loans Marketplace! This growing financial lead generation platform connects consumers with financial products. You will be responsible for onboarding and managing financial partnerships, optimizing programs, and building strong relationships. This visible role reports to the VP of Growth and Emerging Markets and offers a hybrid or fully remote work option from our North America Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. You will improve revenue through account growth and optimization, research the competitive landscape, and ensure program compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial lead generation and personal loans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial lead gen related account management experience
  • Experience in Personal Loans marketing, account origination or portfolio management
  • Account roadmap planning expertise
  • Data analysis experience making data-driven decisions
  • Solid project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new partner onboarding and ongoing account management for Personal Loan partners
  • Improve revenue through account growth and optimization plans which align partner strengths and goals with Experian priorities and strategic programs
  • Research and communicate new developments within the competitive landscape
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners
  • Coordinate program changes and account operations
  • Ensure programs are compliant with partner marketing guidelines
  • Build internal relationships with the broader Experian sales organization, business units and operational support teams
  • Represent the voice of the partner to internal Experian team members
  • Manage new program projects and optimizations from start to finish
