Summary

Join MGID, a global advertising platform, as a Campaign Manager and contribute to the success of our clients' advertising campaigns. You will manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and budget limits. Your responsibilities include setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, analyzing results, and providing detailed reports to clients. You will also conduct client account analyses, lead demo meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize traffic acquisition. This role requires 5+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech, knowledge of tracking and analytics tools, and a deep understanding of the online advertising industry. Fluency in German and advanced English are required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech
  • Knowledge of tracking/analytics/verification tools (e.g., GA, Doubleverify, Appsflyer etc.)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, technologies
  • Proactive position and sees service as a key differentiator
  • Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Fluent German
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage campaigns, including targeting, creatives, and tracking configurations
  • Ensure correct tracking setup and impression tag configuration
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance to meet KPIs and budget limits, communicating updates with clients
  • Collect and maintain campaign performance statistics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization strategies to improve performance
  • Provide detailed reports to clients on campaign outcomes, offering insights and recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth client account analyses to refine current campaigns and develop new strategic approaches
  • Lead demo meetings for clients when needed, providing product insights and solutions
  • Work closely with publishing account teams and BI analysts to optimize traffic acquisition from specific sites and placements
  • Implement strategic buying tactics (e.g., whitelisting, bundling, programmatic buying) to enhance ad campaign results
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to create effective revenue growth plans and maximize upsell opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Native ads or any advertising platform
  • Prior agency experience, working with brand clients
