Summary

Join TextNow as a Senior Account Manager and collaborate with our Revenue teams to assist agencies and brands in achieving their direct and programmatic advertising goals through mobile in-app campaigns. Execute campaigns from start to finish, exceeding performance expectations while nurturing client relationships to secure renewals and revenue growth. Coordinate campaign aspects across various internal departments, aligning with client KPIs. Strategically lead and develop media plans with the Sales team to meet advertiser objectives. Responsibilities include campaign onboarding, performance monitoring and optimization, client reporting, creative adjustments, and post-campaign materials. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of digital advertising campaign management experience, exceptional client service skills, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in both direct and programmatic media
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of media math and calculations
  • Strong experience using tools such as Asana, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of online advertising terms and revenue models
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Self-motivated team player

Responsibilities

  • Execute advertising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of performance are exceeding expectations while simultaneously building relationships with clients to drive campaign renewals and grow revenue
  • Coordinate all campaign aspects, working with a variety of different internal departments, to structure campaigns according to each client’s key performance indicators
  • Working closely with the Sales team to strategically lead and create media plans that meet the advertiser's objectives
  • Leading campaign onboarding and preparation with both the client as well as internal departments
  • Campaign execution including performance monitoring and optimization, client reporting and screenshots, creative swaps, optimization recommendations, and material campaign revisions
  • Creating and delivering post-campaign materials such as final reporting and wrap decks
