Summary

The Senior Account Manager at Tillster is responsible for managing high-value accounts, developing strategic relationships with client’s upper management, and promoting Tillster products and services. The role requires key account management experience, project planning/project management skills, and a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
  • Key account management experience and a track record of product, territory and transaction expansion within that account a major plus
  • Experience in project planning/project management and understanding technical tools used for the job
  • Bachelors in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years plus experience in sales and/or account management

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high value accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact between the client’s upper management and Tillster
  • Promote Tillster products and services
  • Develop strategic relationships with client’s upper management to maximize their knowledge of Tillster products and services
  • Manage all details of the relationship, including referrals to sister brands or markets that can be pursued by the Sales team
  • Measured on performance against two primary criteria: 1) client satisfaction and account retention 2) revenue and profit growth within the account

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity and experience in either hospitality and software industry

Benefits

  • Expected base salary range $100,00-$135,000 based on experience+
