Requirements
- Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
- Key account management experience and a track record of product, territory and transaction expansion within that account a major plus
- Experience in project planning/project management and understanding technical tools used for the job
- Bachelors in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies or equivalent experience
- 5+ years plus experience in sales and/or account management
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high value accounts
- Act as primary point of contact between the clientβs upper management and Tillster
- Promote Tillster products and services
- Develop strategic relationships with clientβs upper management to maximize their knowledge of Tillster products and services
- Manage all details of the relationship, including referrals to sister brands or markets that can be pursued by the Sales team
- Measured on performance against two primary criteria: 1) client satisfaction and account retention 2) revenue and profit growth within the account
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity and experience in either hospitality and software industry

- Expected base salary range $100,00-$135,000 based on experience+
