Requirements
- Curiosity: A genuine interest in understanding others, their processes, and challenges
- Relationship Building: The ability to foster collaborative and strong relationships with customers
- Discipline: Effective management of daily sales activities, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals
- Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead qualification, the discovery process, negotiation, and closing
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits, build relationships, and address customer inquiries
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using Salesforce
- Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new SaaS products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing customer needs
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and qualify upsell opportunities within the existing client base
- Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific needs
- Effectively self-prospect existing customer base through quarterly business reviews and monthly check-ins
- Prospect into client base and uncover new opportunities
- Conduct sales activities to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients and uncover expansion opportunities from those leads
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)
- Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our SaaS products
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and leads

Preferred Qualifications
- Nonprofit experience
- Tech Savviness: An eagerness to learn and stay updated on technology trends, as well as proficiency in using software and tools, is critical for effectively demonstrating SaaS products
