Join DEPTยฎ as a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager and lead mobile app marketing strategies for our clients. You will manage budgets, oversee campaigns across various platforms, and act as the primary point of contact for clients. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 yearsโ digital marketing experience experience and a minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role
- Good pulse on mobile app industry and trends
- Experience working with an MMP
- Solid understanding of mobile app business models, platforms and app stores
- Understanding of mobile KPIs, mobile media buying tactics and strategies
- Strong analytical thinker - considers all details & angles of a situation
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to excel while juggling many tasks at once
- Ability to clearly communicate & present strategies, results, and metrics to internal teams and clients
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills - ability to collaborate & work autonomously
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable with setting goals and achieving them
- Computer-savvy, quick learner, and online problem-solver. Can easily figure out new technologies online
- Innovative thinker and collaborative team player
- Proven prior work experience managing accounts with various goals and across several different industries (B2B, lead gen, eCommerce, B2C)
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile app marketing strategy for DEPT mobile clients
- Manage a combination of managed service mobile partners and self-serve ad platforms
- Oversee budget across a variety of app install campaigns on mobile networks and Apple Search Ads
- Engage with the POCs across the various mobile network partners, managing all forms of communication from weekly calls to daily slack questions and requests
- Monitor daily performance metrics and campaign pacing, identify irregularities or poor performance and communicate optimization recommendations to internal team, vendors, and clients
- Campaign set up - create tracking links, build and communicate campaign structure, pacing, benchmarks and objectives
- Troubleshooting across attribution vendors and advertising platforms, researching discrepancies and ensuring all necessary parameters and attributes are being properly tracked
- Operating as the mobile expert on a mobile account, being able to advise clients on many facets of mobile app marketing strategies and tactics
- Vetting new mobile partners through research to better prioritize the opportunity based on effort versus reward
- Identifying and executing tasks that will have the most significant impact in hitting targets
- Implementing testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creatives, landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, placements, networks, and 3rd-party tools

- You are an energetic and creative mobile marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow in the app marketing space
- You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
- You are comfortable working with 3rd party tracking platforms (ex: Kochava, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)
- Experience with UAC campaigns, Apple search ads or 3rd party app networks
