Summary

Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as an Account Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management in the technology industry, preferably working with enterprise clients
  • Farmer mindset with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships rather than acquiring new logos
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines and to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with high self-motivation and self-discipline

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and value delivery
  • Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to identify customer needs and drive mutual success
  • Own the renewal process to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain retention rates
  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities to increase ARR within assigned accounts
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to achieve 120% NDR
  • Partner with CSMs to align on customer goals, usage metrics, and strategies for success
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to address challenges and propose solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of Interface AIโ€™s SaaS offerings and value propositions to effectively articulate ROI to clients
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure they are met by Interface AIโ€™s solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus
