Summary
Join Devoteam, an international consulting firm with over 25 years of experience and 10,000+ tech and business experts, as a Senior Account Manager Cyber Security. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and projects, focusing on medium-sized businesses and large enterprise clients. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with technology partners, and managing the entire sales cycle. You will also work closely with internal tech units and ensure project success. Requirements
- Demonstrable success and closing security in IT project business (professional services and classic projects) with a clear focus on Cyber Security
- Good substantive understanding of Cyber Security and the corresponding technologies as well as current trends and developments (Cloud, AI, Nearshoring)
- Experience in end-to-end support of medium-sized and large customers
- Excellent presentation skills at C-level
- In-depth knowledge of the process of digitization projects - ideally a good network at decision-maker level and industry focus
- An entrepreneurial "I'll get it done" mentality
- Flexibility and dynamism
- Positivity, optimism and the desire to drive things forward yourself
- Willingness to travel and close customer contact are a matter of course for you
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for acquiring new customers and projects with a focus on medium-sized businesses and large enterprise clients
- Feel comfortable with topics such as Cloud Security, AI, GRC, BCM, and IAM
- Be extraordinarily active, pick up the phone, make appointments, and build diverse contacts
- Be mobile, visit your customers and prospects, and build strong personal relationships with decision-makers
- Continuously develop new and existing customers together with our technology partners
- Maintain close cooperation with our Tech Units, whose experts will also support you in pre-sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle: pitches, tenders, offer creation, project completion
- In projects, you will be in regular coordination with both delivery and customers and ensure project success
- In line with company objectives, you will be responsible for strategic account planning and forecasting
