Join Simeio, a global leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), as an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Midwest region. This remote position, ideally based in a major Midwest metro area, requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, particularly in IAM or managed/professional services. You will drive new business development, build strategic account plans, and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for successful client engagement. Staying updated on industry trends and representing Simeio at industry events are also key aspects of this role. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM is required, along with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and relevant certifications are a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM, managed security services, or professional services
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and bringing in net-new logos
- Strong understanding of the enterprise buying process, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a large, multi-state territory and drive complex sales cycles
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and acquiring net-new enterprise clients within the Midwest territory
- Build and execute strategic account plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful client engagement and onboarding
- Stay informed on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, IAM solutions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Simeioβs offerings
- Represent Simeio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus
