Summary
Join Liftoff's Monetize team as a Project Manager to manage and grow revenue from key ad monetization partners across the Americas. You will work closely with publisher clients, strengthening relationships and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a high say/do ratio, driven by constructive feedback and a desire for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include serving as the main client contact, growing partnerships, forecasting revenue, developing strong client relationships, creating presentations, leading meetings, working cross-functionally with internal teams, synthesizing customer feedback, and attending industry events. The role requires 4+ years of account management experience in AdTech, a track record of successful client negotiations, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. The position offers full-time remote work options in several US states and a competitive compensation package including base pay, variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target, preferably within the AdTech space
- Track record of leading successful client negotiations
- A strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization, and the ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets
- A relationship builder with the ability to build meaningful connections with clients
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team
- Effective communicator
- Fluency in English required
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Grow key existing partnerships through a deep comprehension of our products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers in our key accounts in North America
- Co-operatively create decks, attend and lead client meetings, and QBRs
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops, Product, Demand) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and to ensure client satisfaction
- Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap
- Attend industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the tech industry, including mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce, or consulting, is a bonus
