Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Business Intelligence tools, preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Experience in report generation, business reviews, and operational analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple variables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and client-facing correspondence
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing administrative tasks
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical tasks, including copying, filing, email communication, and report generation to support inventory control, work order processing, and operational activities
  • Implement activities associated with project set-up, execution, and quality control as assigned by Account Managers and Client Services management
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries and assisting with service issues by identifying sources, determining solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Handle daily order processing, including managing held orders, backorders, drop ship orders, and order status updates while escalating issues internally when necessary
  • Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports; ensure timely and accurate billing; maintain and update client procedures to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage special projects, ensuring successful execution and meeting client-specific requirements
  • Conduct research and problem resolution by analyzing order details, cycle count results, receiving paperwork, and other inventory-related documents
  • Serve as a backup for other Administrative Coordinators and Account Managers as needed to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in Client Satisfaction Team (CST) meetings to stay informed on client expectations, providing insights and solutions to enhance relationships
  • Ensure all processes align with operational standards, updating records and assisting in maintaining compliance within the logistics environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with database and order processing systems is highly advantageous
