Requirements

  • Extensive experience with building and managing CPQ platforms
  • Proven experience building custom integrations across systems such as SFDC, NetSuite, and data warehouses (Redshift)
  • Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Proficiency in SFDC custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) and admin responsibilities
  • Experience with API development, management, and troubleshooting
  • Strong background in enterprise-level financial systems integration
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management for technology projects (Agile or PMP certifications a plus)
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and an ability to collaborate across business units

Responsibilities

  • Lead the refinement and enhancement of the CPQ platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Be a key partner to the full quote-to-cash roadmap, including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial schedules
  • Drive custom development within SFDC, building custom objects, flows, and processes to streamline operations
  • Oversee the development of custom integrations & data pipelines, including APIs, between key systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), NetSuite, CPQ, Redshift, the Lob product platform, and third-party tools
  • Connect the strategy through partnering with system owners to build and integrate new software solutions into Lob’s existing tech stack
  • Evaluate and recommend optimization opportunities within the tech stack, advising on what tools to keep or eliminate
  • Serve as the project manager for technology-driven projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on system enhancements and integration efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier) for API orchestration
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes such as ASC 606 and revenue recognition methodologies
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, including the use of data warehouses like Redshift and ETL processes
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau) to support data integration efforts
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles and DevOps practices
