Summary
Join Docplanner Group, the world's largest healthcare platform, as a Senior Google Ads Manager and contribute to their mission of helping people live longer, healthier lives. You will lead and manage projects related to their Visibility products, such as Google Ads & First Class for Doctors and Clinics. This role involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, customer service, sales process understanding, doctor and clinic success, agency coordination, Google Ads management, business metrics analysis, and product roadmap understanding. You will work closely with teams in different countries, ensuring alignment and resolving any issues. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, work at scale yet agile, and be part of a pre-IPO company with a focus on profitability and IPO preparation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with GTM, Sales Ops and CS Ops
- 7+ years of experience in project management in digital marketing or advertising
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and online advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Experience in coordinating with external agencies
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects such as setting up Google Ads for clinics and doctors, ensuring successful implementation and optimization
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in different countries, ensuring alignment and resolving any issues
- Customer Service & Customer Journey Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of customer service processes and contribute to improving the whole customer journey
- Sales Process and Funnel Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of how our sales process and funnel work and contribute to improvements, be comfortable with SPIN sales methodology
- Doctor & Clinics Success: Identify and understand the key factors that contribute to doctor success with our product
- Agency Coordination: Manage the activities of the agency, act as a facilitator and product owner between the agency and Docplanner, and oversee budgets and results
- Google Ads Management: Oversee the setup and performance of Google Ads accounts, including testing and requests
- Business Metrics Analysis: Analyze business data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, assist in report creation and build hypothesis on top of the data to improve the main business indicators
- Product Roadmap Understanding: Act as a bridge between the product and M360 teams, understanding and controlling product delivery
