Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization
• AI Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including experience with machine learning tools such as LLMs, Generative AI frameworks like LangChain and vector databases
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements to diverse teams
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for inference caching and routing, aligning with Redis’ overall AI strategy
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders to define and write detailed product requirements
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Maintain a backlog of features, manage priorities, and ensure execution to specifications—and on time in light of Redis strategy
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and adoption
