Summary

The job is for a Senior Analyst at DEFCON AI, an incubation firm focusing on healthcare, cyber, and national security. The role involves conducting cutting-edge analytics in support of defense and commercial applications. The candidate should have a graduate degree in a relevant field, experience with statistics and data science, programming skills in Python or R, and at least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems. Preferred qualifications include experience formulating and solving mobility/transportation problems, practical experience applying AI/ML techniques, and a U.S. SECRET clearance.

Requirements

• MS, or Ph.D. in mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field
• Knowledge and experience with statistics and data science
• Programming experience in Python and/or R, including common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Numpy) and SQL
• At least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems

• Experience formulating and solving mobility/transportation problems
• Experience formulating and solving mobility problems
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques
• At least 10 years of experience using analysis to solve a wide range of complex problems
