Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Onboarding Operations and drive prioritized initiatives from ideation to execution
• Work closely with stakeholders in Compliance and Product to ensure any compliance gaps are addressed in both short and long-term
• Handle complicated KYC cases and build or optimize current processes as the U.S. market grows and scales

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience at a bank, fintech, or AML/KYC
