Senior IT Business Analyst in Lebanon

Summary

CXG is hiring a remote Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team. The analyst will communicate with business users to gather requirements for systems, lead a team of BAs, act as the Product Liaison to tech teams, and manage stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business computing, MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an MBA, at least 5 years of experience in IT and Business Analysis, Agile project methodology expertise, and strong technical background.

Requirements

• Bachelor in business computing or MIS / Computer Science + MBA / Software Engineering + MBAs
• Minimum of 5 years in an IT related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis
• Experience in Agile (SCRUM) project methodology
• Experience in project management / tracking tools (Jira, TFS, MS Projects …etc.)
• Strong technical background and familiarity with development tools and REST APIs
• Stakeholder Management
• Resource and Team Management

Responsibilities

• Define scope and manage requirements for larger initiatives as needed, including business workshop facilitation and roadmap development
• Engage with colleagues across various departments to identify system integration points and dependencies, in addition to developing high level solution proposals for these integrations
• Act as team leader for BAs team, oversee their work, set priorities and review their day-to-day activities on projects
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert and the Product Liaison to the Tech/Dev and QA teams
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance of applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards
• Provide training and support to systems support specialist and/or end users, addressing questions and issues related to business applications
• Work within agile style reporting projects under direction of the Product Manager
• Effectively manage stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives, and other internal groups through effective written and verbal communication
