Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience analyzing data related to campaigns, customer journeys, and leveraging CRM or eCommerce data to support decision-making
  • Have hands-on experience working with digital analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, excel, Tableau) for measuring and optimizing customer engagement and campaign performance
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to manage multiple analytics projects and work streams
  • Demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm to work within a dynamic organization

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of marketing strategies and other data sets to drive optimizations
  • Deliver innovative and data-driven marketing insights to help inform integrated approaches
  • Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate the success of marketing tactics
  • Drive organizational alignment and adoption of customer data metrics and marketing attribution methodologies
  • Regularly deliver reports that interpret analytics, and provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and improve upon full-funnel customer journey analytics (360 Degrees of customer interaction & measured outcomes including target, reach, penetration, experience, conversion, and optimization)
  • Present arguments, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders
  • Work with technical and business teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Engineering) to build key deliverables and provide an integrated point of view

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess an advanced degree
  • Have a strong understanding of A/B testing data and advanced skills in R or Python
