Join ULTRA MOBILE's Marketing Team as a Sr. Analyst, CRM Analytics! This remote role, open to US residents, focuses on reporting, automation, and strategic insights. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree
- Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience analyzing data related to campaigns, customer journeys, and leveraging CRM or eCommerce data to support decision-making
- Have hands-on experience working with digital analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, excel, Tableau) for measuring and optimizing customer engagement and campaign performance
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to manage multiple analytics projects and work streams
- Demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm to work within a dynamic organization
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of marketing strategies and other data sets to drive optimizations
- Deliver innovative and data-driven marketing insights to help inform integrated approaches
- Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate the success of marketing tactics
- Drive organizational alignment and adoption of customer data metrics and marketing attribution methodologies
- Regularly deliver reports that interpret analytics, and provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve upon full-funnel customer journey analytics (360 Degrees of customer interaction & measured outcomes including target, reach, penetration, experience, conversion, and optimization)
- Present arguments, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders
- Work with technical and business teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Engineering) to build key deliverables and provide an integrated point of view
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess an advanced degree
- Have a strong understanding of A/B testing data and advanced skills in R or Python
