Summary

Join CoreWeave's Equity Administration team as a Senior Analyst and play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company's equity and rewards programs. Manage and maintain accurate equity data, collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data integrity, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations. Respond to audit requests, manage inquiries, oversee the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and maintain a compliance calendar. Lead process improvement initiatives, provide reporting support, and partner with cross-functional teams. Evaluate and implement scalable equity system solutions. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with public companies and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with public companies in equity administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Clear and effective communicator across multiple platforms and audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a compliance-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in equity and HRIS systems (e.g., EEO, Computershare, Rippling)
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate equity data within Morgan Stanley’s Equity Edge Online (EEO), including award issuance, terminations, modifications, tax rates, releases, and exercises
  • Collaborate with HR to reconcile new hire grants and terminations against payroll records, ensuring employee equity data is consistently updated
  • Reconcile equity transactions across departments—HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance—to ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, assisting with related testing and documentation
  • Respond to audit requests from internal and external auditors by providing timely and accurate documentation
  • Reconcile the Employee Option Receivable account monthly in coordination with Payroll to ensure timely equity transaction processing
  • Manage inquiries and support requests via the Fresh Service ticketing system
  • Oversee and support all activities related to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including open enrollments, withdrawals, and purchases (two offerings annually)
  • Maintain a global Compliance Calendar to track and support timely filing of all required equity-related reports and documentation
  • Manage blackout periods and other compliance-related controls in the Shareworks system
  • Support accounting functions related to stock-based compensation by preparing reports and valuations during month-end close
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing intercompany allocations for equity expenses across international entities
  • Support the annual Proxy and Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) reporting under guidance from the Lead Stock Plan Administrator
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to automate workflows and reduce manual effort while ensuring data accuracy
  • Provide reporting support for W-2 and 1099-R stock compensation tax impacts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR, and external counsel to support equity program operations and special projects
  • Evaluate and implement scalable equity system solutions aligned with evolving business needs
  • Perform additional duties, ad hoc analysis, and reporting as required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Morgan Stanley’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) preferred
