Join Version 1 as a Senior Business Analyst and lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring business goals are achieved through effective solutions. Requirements

  • Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
  • Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
  • Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
  • Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
  • Pragmatic and results orientated

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT department to ensure that business goals are achieved through effective solutions
  • End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases
  • Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications
  • Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
  • Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
  • Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products
  • As Is and To Be process mapping
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
