Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in related human resources role(s)
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Survey Platforms, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize competing projects and deadlines
  • Excellent relationship building and maintenance skills
  • Ability to balance business needs and regulatory compliance with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to optimize the employee experience

  • Ability to effectively (re)prioritize tasks based on competing urgencies or needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Performance Management, Surveys, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity, functionality is optimized, and systems are integrated for efficiency and an overall positive user experience
  • Research, recommend and implement scalable methodologies and systems to optimize and streamline HR systems and core processes like onboarding, hiring, offboarding, benefits administration, leave and accommodation management, learning and talent development, and others that make up the employment life cycle
  • Run reports, analyze data, make required compliance filings and provide information to leaders in a user-friendly format
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by monitoring, triaging, and responding to employee inquiries, as well as interfacing with external stakeholders in a method-appropriate and timely manner
  • Manage the systems to facilitate employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, exit interviews, new hire surveys and other survey indexes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, processes and performance management. Escalate issues and topics that exceed scope or require evaluation of an exception
  • Contribute to achieving People Operations strategic objectives by assisting with initiative development, proposal, project plans, project management and execution
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or private information
  • Strive for operational excellence and execution of People Operations activities while identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation wherever possible to scale delivery
  • Ensure personnel and other HR records for all employees are complete and in compliance. Audit as necessary or requested
  • Create and update department processes to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting human resource management
  • Model and reinforce actions and behaviors consistent with the Company's values, mission, and culture
  • Collaborate on departmental and cross-functional projects or initiatives as needed or required
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday and other HRIS, Betterworks, Greenhouse ATS and others
  • Previous benefits and leave management experience

  • Salary range is $91,000 to $105,000, depending on relevant experience
