Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science)
- 7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Use data to drive insights and inform decisions related to our most valuable asset: our people
- Identify critical business challenges and use people data to tell the story behind the numbers
- Influence impactful decisions: Your analyses will directly inform key initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational design, ultimately shaping the future of our company
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across the organization, including HR, Finance, and business unit leaders, to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Gain senior leadership support: Present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders, with the opportunity to influence their strategic decisions and drive meaningful change

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
