Join Virta Health's Strategic Finance team as a Senior Analyst and contribute to the company's mission of reversing diabetes and obesity. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of investment banking or consulting (with heavy finance exposure) experience, and/or experience with healthcare or a high growth tech company a plus
  • Ability to work with large or complex data reports to analyze operational data and department performance, and build the finance infrastructure for a fast-growing, dynamic company
  • You are operational, you like working cross-functionally and collaboratively, and identifying real solutions to solve key problems
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage budget and forecast models, working closely with internal stakeholders to set targets and goals
  • Build and manage the Company’s operating forecasting model, working with the Clinical Operations and Product Development teams to drive accuracy
  • Analyze aspects of the clinical delivery model to highlight relevant data points and drive efficiencies at scale
  • Partner with key stakeholders across several departments to inform strategic decision making and drive growth
  • Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including for Board-level and investor reporting
  • Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to maintain and improve data integrity across systems to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts
  • Establish working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Develop understanding of each partner department and key inputs within the operating model
  • Help manage Clinical Operations and Product Development forecasting
  • Analyze and report on historical performance / variances across department
  • Assist in preparation for executive and Board reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Office Suite and Mastery of Excel; experience with NetSuite and planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights are a plus
