Senior Analyst, Virtual Care

Summary

Join Oscar's Virtual Care team as a Senior Analyst! You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement scalable processes, and manage multiple projects. This role requires experience with data analysis, process improvement, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Requirements

• 1+ year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ year of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ year of proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs within the Google Docs Editors suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
• 1+ year of SQL experience

Responsibilities

• Supports the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion
• Support the evaluation of overall departmental performance by helping to create, gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics as well as assisting in the development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
• Collaboratively works with all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environment
• Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
