Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Specialist
• Completed the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Developer certifications
• Experience working on campaign metrics such as conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce rates, as well as IP reputation, deliverability
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP Script for building and designing visually appealing email templates

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, analyze, utilize, and maintain software, tools, applications, and information systems to meet the business requirements of the company
• Contribute to the development of Salesforce CRM platforms
• Coach peer developers and support activities
• Contribute to the architecture, design methodology, and technology strategy alongside architects and the development lead

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Experience or exposure working on Marketing Cloud Implementations in the Retail Space
