Senior Art Director

Summary

Join BSSP, a company seeking a relentlessly curious and passionate advertising professional with a strong design sense and creative capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop compelling visual assets for various media, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and guide creative direction. Based in the Bay Area (Sausalito office preferred), consideration will be given to candidates in OR, TX, and other parts of CA. Five to seven years of experience is required, along with a strong portfolio showcasing social and design skills. The salary range is $100,000-$130,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and skill set.

Requirements

• Possess a very strong sense and capability of design
• Have 5-7 years of experience
• Have a strong social and design presence in your portfolio
• Reside in CA, OR, or TX

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and compelling visual direction and assets for multiple mediums/platforms (Social, Digital, Broadcast, etc.)
• Guide the creative direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
