You will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the visual direction of Kittlβs template library, working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include owning the template roadmap, overseeing visual quality, leading template production, monitoring industry trends, and managing an Art Director. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in design systems, typography, and Figma/Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements
- Experience & portfolio: 5+ years in graphic design, branding, or visual content creation, with a strong portfolio across styles and formats
- Creative & design expertise: Solid understanding of design systems, typography, composition, color theory, and adaptation across platforms
- Project & team management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, lead or mentor designers, and maintain high creative standards
- Strategic thinking: Skilled at interpreting briefs and delivering visually compelling, strategically aligned outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration: Comfortable working with product, marketing, and content teams, presenting ideas with clarity and confidence
- Technical skills: Hands-on with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and more; bonus for experience with templates, digital products, or creator platforms
Responsibilities
- Own the template roadmap, spot trends, identify gaps, and shape the creative vision
- Oversee visual quality, maintain design standards, and define guidelines across categories
- Lead the end-to-end template production, ensuring diverse, timely, high-quality output
- Monitor industry trends and translate high-level goals into actionable creative directions
- Manage and mentor the Art Director, aligning creative work with strategic goals
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to align template content
