Summary

Join Thyme Care, a company revolutionizing cancer care, and contribute to a better healthcare journey for patients. Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily logistics of the care management program. Support departmental leadership by taking on mission-critical and ad-hoc assignments and projects. Implement new partner contracts and operational improvements. Analyze member data and workflows in the proprietary technology platform. Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies to enhance member experience. Track key operational metrics and create insightful reports to inform decision-making. Assist with documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures. Foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, health tech, or a high-growth start-up environment
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including comfort with advanced formulas (e.g. Vlookup, Index-Match, and Array formulas)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality control
  • Fast learner of new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day logistics of Thyme Care’s care management program
  • Support departmental leadership by taking on mission critical and ad-hoc assignments and projects
  • Support Care Delivery team with implementation efforts for new partner contracts and operational improvement efforts
  • Analyze member data and tasking in proprietary technology platform to identify the extent to which workflows are implemented as intended
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows, analyze root causes, and support with implementation of scalable workflow development to enhance member experience
  • Track key operational metrics and surface insights to inform decision-making
  • Assist with documentation and maintenance of a high-quality, clear set of SOPs for frontline staff to utilize
  • Foster a positive culture of collaboration, effective communication, prioritization, problem solving, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (i.e. Looker)
  • Experience as a power-user of an EMR system, CRM system, or similar technology product
