This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of US Pharma consulting experience focused on patient analytics and claims data.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
- 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients
- Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
