Requirements

• Have 5-10 years corporate law experience
• Have 5-10 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 50 firm
• Have experience with Funds and LLC investments

Responsibilities

• Work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner
• Represent buyers and sellers in a variety of industries
• Act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
• Advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions
• Represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups
• Work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax
• Work in an ambitious, agile, and high-performing team
• Deliver excellent results
