Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law with active OAB
• Advanced English
• Experience in financial institutions
• Experience with corporate law

Responsibilities

• Realize regulatory routines through Sisbacen modules (Autran, Unicad, Siscom, and STA)
• Develop various drafts, including minutes, contracts, and articles of association, responses to official letters, and communications
• Conduct regulatory multidisciplinary projects within RecargaPay
• Analyze issued regulations that may affect the RecargaPay conglomerate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking regulation, mainly in payment and financial institutions (SCFIs) that are credit card issuers, sub-acquirers, and issue CDBs
