Summary

Join Trafilea, a dynamic Tech E-commerce Group, as their Legal Manager and make a significant impact across the company. You will build global Legal infrastructure, maintain processes and procedures with Legal implications, and support key management, the Board, and investors. This role involves working on strategic projects to scale the business and ensure proper controls and compliance. You will be involved in various legal aspects, including corporate, commercial, competition law, compliance, and taxes. The position requires strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in international commercial and software regulations within the retail/e-commerce industry. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in international, commercial and software regulations within consolidated law firms or as in-house counsel, with background in retail/e-commerce industry
  • Experience working with US attorneys / legal teams, preferably having lived abroad for some time
  • Experience building teams and organizing chaos by implementing processes and technology
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, negotiation, and extended legal knowledge
  • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks, work on short lead timelines, and meet tight deadlines
  • English – Native or Proficiency level

Responsibilities

  • Attend legal requirements worldwide (corporate, commercial, competition law, compliance, taxes, etc.), working closely with the international external counsel and senior management
  • Involvement in strategic projects advising senior management on key issues
  • Develop and review software, logistics, fulfillment and general retail/ecommerce service agreements, supporting fast pace negotiations
  • Analyze and identify legal and financial risks and direct impacts
  • Prepare and maintain arrays and project management systems to support program reporting, task tracking and board report
  • Assess current procurement processes and redesign key processes and guidelines for the participants (Requester, Legal and Accounts payables)
  • Contribute to the drafting of Company policies and internal processes
