Senior Audit Associate

Summary

As a member of RS&F’s Assurance team, you will work directly with clients, senior staff, and partners to provide a broad spectrum of accounting and related consulting services. You will have the opportunity for career development, personal growth, and unique experiences while working in a supportive team culture.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of public accounting experience
• CPA license preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar field
• Experience with audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements and EBP audits
• Experience with real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofits

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform audits, reviews, and compilation engagements
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures
• Develop an understanding of client’s business
• Work closely with clients, senior staff and partners within our client-based approach to provide outstanding client service
• Keep abreast of latest development and ensure professional development through on going education

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with excellent follow through
• Solid communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CCH Axcess and Advance Flow a plus
