Requirements
- Knowledge of typical technology support frameworks. Eg ITSM, ITIL
- Knowledge of reporting or BI tooling. Eg. Looker
- Knowledge of ITSM tooling, processes and reporting, eg. Jira, Rootly (incident-Problem Management tool), Service Catalog and CMDB
- Experience writing technical documentation or designing knowledge bases
- Experience with toolings, e.g. git, github, confluence and G-suite
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with internal and external technology audits
- Experience with incident and problem management, BCM and overall operational resiliency
- Knowledge of current / pending regulatory requirements pertaining to operational resiliency
- Experience engaging with highly technical teams in order to achieve appropriate resolution outcomes in a fast paced environment
- Comprehension of devops best practices
Responsibilities
- Track, review, and report on the implementation of technology processes (eg., Incident, Problem and BCM)
- Help technology teams design and optimize their processes, in line with Geminiβs policies
- Help technology teams manage and report on their operational responsibilities through metrics and dashboards
- Work with Audit and Risk departments to conduct audit and risk assessments of Technology
