Summary
Join ReSource Pro as a Senior Associate, Underwriting Services, and support MIS clients by processing low-to-mid level complexity tasks. You will serve as the lead processor for a group of clients, independently research and resolve problems, mentor junior team members, and assist in training. Responsibilities
- Process tasks related to underwriting and policy functions
- Follow establish processes and procedures to complete routine and mid-level complexity tasks related to policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and final audit transactions
- Gather and verify client information, research guidelines, input information into a variety of web-based systems and forms, and complete related reports
- Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with low-to-mid level complexity; Escalate high-level complexity problems to a supervisor
- Maintain up-to-date workflows for each process, ensuring they are ready to use at any time
- Receive and handle client requests via inbound emails; Serve as a lead for client accounts that are low-to-mid level complexity and serve as a backup to other accounts
- Respond promptly to client needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism; Ensure a positive client experience by answering questions and assisting clients by completing tasks or processes for them
- Participate in client status calls with supervisor and provide input to clients as needed
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to the achievement of internal team goals
- Look for opportunities to improve processes to better support the clients
- Build your knowledge and expertise in underwriting
- Serve as a resource and mentor to junior team members
