Requirements

• Proficiency with Selenium and TestComplete, with hands-on experience in designing and scaling test frameworks for enterprise-grade applications
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, or other languages commonly used to create test automation frameworks
• Proficient in HP-ALM and JIRA for managing and tracking test cases, defects, and requirements
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, as well as scripting experience in JavaScript for comprehensive automated API testing
• Skilled in working with JSON and CSV files for data validation and integration tests
• Proven track record of working on large, complex systems or enterprise-level applications, with a clear understanding of the unique challenges in such environments
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems to manage and collaborate on test code effectively
• Practical experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools to enable continuous testing in development workflows

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and TestComplete. Provide guidance on best practices in test automation architecture
• Lead and conduct end-to-end testing for complex applications, covering functional, regression, performance, and integration testing across web, backend, and API layers
• Develop and execute automated API tests for RESTful and SOAP services using Postman and JavaScript, validating both microservices and monolithic architectures
• Manage and validate data integrity across systems, utilizing JSON and CSV files for data-driven testing. Ensure accuracy and reliability in data exchanges and migrations
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring full requirements traceability. Document and track test results, defects, and improvements within JIRA and HP-ALM
• Optimize test automation within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools, promoting faster feedback cycles and enabling continuous testing practices
• Execute automated tests across multiple browsers, devices, and environments to ensure compatibility and seamless user experiences
• Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and contribute to building a knowledge-sharing culture within the team
