Summary

The job is for a Senior Backend Software Engineer position at Wellhub's Professional Services team in Brazil. The role involves shaping the new Wellhub integration product architecture, focusing on process automation and delivering bespoke reports, as well as participating in client-facing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior in backend development and database management
  • Expertise in version control (GIT) and proficiency in Clean Code and development best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript
  • Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB
  • Proficient in working with AWS cloud services, containers, and serverless architectures (Lambdas)
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining high-traffic APIs
  • Skilled in monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking (using tools like Bulldog, Grafana)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency both written and spoken
  • Client-facing skills with a proven track record of effectively managing client relationships
  • Previous involvement in international projects

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the product manager to shape the new Wellhub integration product architecture
  • Focus on process automation and delivering bespoke reports
  • Participate in client-facing activities
