Senior Benefits & Leave Specialist

Summary

The Senior Benefits & Leave Specialist will manage all employee benefits transactions, administer leaves of absence programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. They will also support annual contract negotiations and open enrollment activities, conduct internal research to analyze the effectiveness of existing benefit programs, and coordinate with various teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience in a benefits & leave role as part of a broader People team
• Workday HCM, specifically in the benefits, and absence management

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration (50% time dedicated)
• Leaves of Absence & Accommodation Administration (30% time dedicated)
• Operational Support (20% time dedicated)
