Summary

The job is for a lead generation role with a monthly package of P55,000 – P75,000 in ConnectOS, a top-rated employer in sustainable Information and Communications Technology. The work schedule is from 9:00AM to 6:00PM Irish Standard Time. The role requires at least 5 years of experience on a similar role, proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools, and excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Additional requirements include familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, and experience in B2B lead generation (nice to have). Responsibilities include conducting market research, utilizing various tools to gather contact information, qualifying leads, handing over qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining and updating the CRM system, collaborating with teams to refine strategies, tracking key metrics, and more. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience on a similar role
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to gather contact information and build prospect lists
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making processes
  • Hand over the qualified leads to the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Experience in B2B lead generation
