Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in conducting and leading workshops for requirement gathering, utilizing tools such as Miro boards for collaborative work
• Strong capabilities in documenting comprehensive business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, and mapping and improving processes (BPMN or Flow charts)
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and willingness to undergo training if no prior knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders' expectations at various levels of the organization
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and identify solutions to enhance efficiency

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops utilizing Miro boards, and meticulously document various aspects such as business requirements, process requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to gather and validate requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide suitable solutions that meet their requirements
